Bravos Builders
Acquisition System Services Agreement
Purpose and authorization
Client engages BlendMode to build and operate the Bravos acquisition system described in the proposal dated September 18, 2026. The objective is a coherent path from qualified attention to a scheduled consultation with Dave McIlrath and Sara Haley. Signing authorizes the setup scope and ongoing monthly management described below.
Setup scope
The one-time setup includes the governed WØRLD foundation; GrowthMap configuration; agreed import of exportable legacy lead records; team access; pipelines; lead routing; call paths; calendar connections; A2P setup support; initial follow-up automation; paid ads tracking foundation; and two initial conversion pages for Custom Homes and Build On Your Land.
- Website work means priority story, offer, and conversion-path alignment. It is not an unrestricted site redesign.
- Legacy data is limited to records the existing systems can export in a usable form.
- Client decisions concerning Bravos, Bravos Solutions, and H&H identity or ownership remain Client responsibilities.
Ongoing services
After setup, BlendMode will manage and optimize the operating acquisition system, including Google and Meta paid ads testing, campaign landing pages, conversion tracking, routing logic, follow-up foundations, and reporting. The parties will use qualified consultations and downstream sales outcomes—not raw lead volume alone—to judge the system.
A broad SEO program, large-scale content production, an H&H consolidation campaign, and additional offers or pages are not included unless added in writing.
Fees and paid ads
Client will select one setup payment option when signing. Under the three-payment option, each of the first three monthly BlendMode payments is $4,500: a $2,500 setup installment plus the $2,000 monthly management fee. Beginning in month four, only the $2,000 monthly management fee remains. Advertising charges are paid directly by Client through Client-owned Google, Meta, or other platform billing and are not BlendMode revenue. The initial paid ads working budget is approximately $3,000 per month and may change only with Client approval.
Timing and dependencies
Work begins or continues after signing and cleared setup payment. Launch timing depends on account access, A2P approval, DNS and tracking access, calendar decisions, video and other assets, accurate legal and business information, and timely feedback. Third-party reviews, vendor delays, missing access, and Client delays move dependent dates reasonably.
BlendMode may sequence the work to protect data quality and lead handling. Google and Meta testing may launch when the conversion path is operationally safe, even if later WØRLD, nurture, identity, or content work remains open.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, legal, offer, service-area, warranty, privacy, SMS, and customer-claim information.
- Maintain sufficient payment methods on Google and other Client-owned platforms.
- Respond to qualified inquiries promptly and record appointment, proposal, win, loss, and project-value outcomes.
- Supply permissions for all logos, photography, testimonials, recordings, and data.
- Designate authorized decision-makers for Bravos and H&H matters.
Term, cancellation, and pause
The ongoing services are month-to-month. Either party may end ongoing services with 30 days written notice. The one-time setup fee is allocated to reserved capacity and work performed and is nonrefundable once work begins, except for any unearned amount BlendMode elects to return.
Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured 10 business days after written notice. BlendMode may pause work for overdue payment, unsafe or unlawful instructions, missing access, or a Client delay that prevents meaningful progress. Client remains responsible for approved noncancelable commitments and work completed through the effective termination date.
Ownership and access
Client retains ownership of its source data, trademarks, content, customer records, advertising accounts, domains, and platform accounts. After applicable fees are paid, Client owns client-specific final pages, copy, configuration exports, and deliverables created under this agreement.
BlendMode retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, systems, templates, methods, WØRLD architecture, processes, and general know-how. When retained materials are embedded in a paid deliverable, Client receives a perpetual license to use them as part of that deliverable. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.
Performance and platform risk
BlendMode will perform the services professionally and use available evidence to improve the system, but does not guarantee lead volume, advertising approval, placement, cost per lead, consultation volume, construction contracts, revenue, or the 10-home objective. Results also depend on market conditions, Client response speed, pricing, financing, offer fit, sales execution, capacity, platform policy, and third-party systems.
Working relationship and legal terms
Each party will protect the other’s nonpublic business, technical, customer, and pricing information and use it only for this engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. BlendMode is an independent contractor and neither party may bind the other.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. BlendMode’s total liability is limited to fees Client paid under this agreement, except where a limitation cannot legally apply.
This agreement and its incorporated proposal are the complete agreement for this engagement and replace conflicting prior scope or commercial statements. Changes must be accepted in writing. Tennessee law governs this agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
